Threepath operators get three separate Meta advertising systems, an AI ad and video builder, a fully configured CRM, and a program designed around one milestone that actually matters: your first paying customer.
Takes about 4 minutes. No payment required to apply.
How the three systems fit together
8:41 · Walkthrough of the actual platform
The path
The sequence is the whole point. Most people who try this build demand before they have anyone to sell it to.
01
Pick from the niche library and claim a territory. Each niche arrives fully configured — copy, creative briefs, forms, qualification logic, pipelines and receptionist scripts already written for that industry.
02
Run the customer-acquisition system to find a business in your niche that wants leads. The First Customer Launch Center tracks every step from first ad to signed agreement and cleared payment.
03
Once that business is genuinely ready, launch the consumer campaign. Leads route, deliver, deduct from their prepaid balance and report back — automatically.
System 2
Before you generate a single consumer lead, you need someone who will pay for it. This system exists for that job alone.
A roofing operator runs Facebook and Instagram ads targeting roofing company owners who want homeowner leads. Not homeowners — owners. Different audience, different offer, different copy, different creative, different form, different qualification, different pipeline, different receptionist script.
Example — Roofing
Ad copy generated for the business-owner audience:
“Most roofing leads get sold to four companies at once. Ours do not. You pick the ZIP codes, we cap the volume to your crew capacity, and every lead is yours alone.”
Qualification asked before it reaches you: licensing, weekly appointment capacity, five-minute response capability, willingness to prepay.
System 3
It only unlocks after a customer has signed, paid and finished onboarding — because a consumer campaign with nobody to receive the leads is just spend.
Same niche, different audience
“A licensed local roofer will inspect your roof, photograph what they find, and give you a written report showing whether you need a repair or a replacement. No obligation.”
Qualification asked in the form: ownership, roof age, what they are seeing, timeline, ZIP code. The answers travel with the lead, so your customer picks up the phone already knowing.
When a lead comes in, the platform checks it against the customer’s territory, accepted services, daily and weekly caps, business hours and prepaid balance before it delivers. If nothing qualifies to receive it, the lead holds or reroutes according to the rule you set — it does not get force-fed to the wrong business.
System 1
Owner Acquisition
People who want to own a lead business
System 2
Find Paying Customers
Business owners who buy leads
System 3
Generate Consumer Leads
Consumers who want the service
These three never share an audience, an offer, a form, a pipeline, a calendar, a receptionist script or a report. Every record in the platform carries the mode it belongs to.
AI platform
Research through render, with every output editable and every version saved.
Lead-buyer profiles, decision-maker profiles, pain points, objections and buying triggers generated per niche and territory.
Primary text, headlines, descriptions and calls to action — written separately for business owners and for consumers.
Editable creative in 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16, generated against your brand kit with on-image wording you can change.
Hooks, script, storyboard, generated scenes, voiceover, music, captions and branding — rendered into Meta-ready MP4s.
Meta Instant Forms and landing pages with conditional qualification built from the niche configuration.
Campaigns, ad sets and ads created in Meta in paused status, with naming conventions and UTM tracking applied.
Nothing publishes itself. Every campaign passes an automated compliance review, then operator approval, then customer approval where the campaign carries their branding, then administrator review for sensitive niches. Meta campaigns are created in paused status and a person activates them.
Automation
Not an empty account with a setup guide. Snapshots with the pipelines, workflows, templates, calendars and AI configurations installed and validated.

Corporate, customer-acquisition and consumer — never combined, each with its own stages.
One trained to speak with business owners, one trained to speak with consumers. Neither invents prices or guarantees.
Eighteen post-install checks — phone, calendar, email, domain, webhooks, test call, test form, test lead — before a snapshot counts as complete.
First Customer Program
The Launch Center is a visible checklist of every gate between signing up and delivering leads. It will not let you launch a campaign when required information, permissions, verification, consent or testing is incomplete — and it will not tell you that you have a first customer until you actually do.
A first customer counts only when the business
An interested prospect, a name, an application or a booked appointment does not count.

The library is not fixed
A no-code Niche Builder lets an administrator add, edit, duplicate, test, version and publish unlimited niches without touching source code. Two more are in the builder right now.
Training
Every operational lesson is a screen recording of the working platform — the campaign builder, the video builder, the receptionist test call, the routing log, the ledger. Slides introduce a topic; they never replace the demonstration.
5 modules · 20 lessons · captions on every video
A separate course and a written operations manual covering the company itself — provisioning operators, installing and maintaining snapshots, approving territories and sensitive niches, managing AI providers and costs, reconciling payments, reading audit logs, and emergency shutdown.
8 lessons · daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly checklists
Questions
A licensed pay-per-lead business under the Threepath brand, in a niche and territory approved for you. That includes the software platform, the GoHighLevel infrastructure, the three advertising systems, the niche configuration, the training academy and support. You supply your own advertising budget and your own work.
No. The AI campaign builder generates the audience strategy, copy, creative, forms and campaign structure, and publishes it to Meta in paused status. You review and approve. The training academy walks through every screen using the actual software.
That depends entirely on your niche, your territory and how fast you want to move. Costs vary and we do not promise a number. The application asks about available capital so we can tell you honestly whether the timing is right.
A first customer is a real, unrelated business in your niche and territory that passes qualification, has genuine lead capacity, signs the agreement, provides valid billing, pays the initial amount and completes onboarding. An interested prospect or a booked appointment does not count. The platform tracks it as a hard gate because a consumer campaign with nobody to buy the leads is wasted spend.
Territories are approved individually and the platform detects overlaps at the ZIP level before they become conflicts. Exclusivity terms are set in your operator agreement, not by marketing copy on this page.
Focus. Facebook and Instagram are where this model works for local service demand, and one channel done properly beats four done shallowly. There is no Google, TikTok or LinkedIn integration and none is planned for this release.
Yes. New niches are added through the Niche Builder without any code change. Whether a given niche is approved for you depends on compliance classification and territory availability.
Your customer disputes it inside their portal with a reason and evidence. Approved disputes issue a replacement credit to their prepaid balance. The ledger blocks duplicate credits, and every manual adjustment records who made it and why.
We do not run your ads for you, close your sales for you, guarantee lead volume, guarantee income, or promise that any specific business will buy from you. We build and maintain the system; the operating is yours.
You need working capital for advertising, the willingness to have sales conversations with business owners, and a real timeline. If you are looking for something passive, this is the wrong opportunity and we would rather say so now.
Threepath sells a business opportunity, not a franchise, a security or a job. Operating a pay-per-lead business requires advertising spend and sales work. Results depend on the operator, niche, territory and market. No earnings, lead volume or customer count is promised or implied. By submitting an application you consent to be contacted by phone, SMS and email; message and data rates may apply and you can opt out at any time. See the Earnings & Results Disclaimer, Terms and Privacy Policy.
