How it works

From application to delivered leads.

Six phases. The order is enforced by the software, not by advice — you cannot skip ahead to the part that feels most productive.

01

Apply and get approved

You complete the application, we talk, and if the niche and territory are available and the fit is real, you sign the operator agreement and pay. If any of those are not true, we tell you.

  • Multi-step application with qualification
  • Discovery call with a real person
  • Niche and territory availability check
  • Operator agreement and initial payment

02

Onboarding and provisioning

We create your tenant, provision your GoHighLevel subaccount, install the core operator snapshot plus the two niche packages, and walk you through connecting Meta, your phone number, your email sending and A2P registration.

  • Tenant created with row-level data isolation
  • GoHighLevel subaccount provisioned
  • Core operator + niche B2B + niche B2C snapshots installed
  • Eighteen post-install checks run and verified
  • Meta Business Portfolio, ad account, Page and dataset connected

03

Launch Center gates

Twenty-four readiness gates stand between you and a live campaign. The platform will not let you launch while any required information, permission, verification, consent or test is incomplete. This is deliberate — most failures in this model are launch-too-early failures.

  • Niche selected and territory approved
  • Brand kit complete
  • Phone, email and A2P configured
  • Meta account connected and campaign generated
  • Landing page and Meta form approved
  • AI receptionist tested with a live call
  • Budget funded and campaign approved

04

Find your first paying customer

Run System 2. The AI builds the business-owner campaign, you approve it, and it publishes to Meta paused. Business prospects come in, the receptionist qualifies them, appointments book, and you have discovery calls using the scripts and objection responses for your niche.

  • Business-owner static and video ads generated
  • Meta Instant Form and lead-buyer landing page
  • B2B pipeline with ten-touch follow-up and no-show recovery
  • Discovery script, proposal, agreement and payment

05

Onboard that customer properly

Signed and paid is not ready. Eleven readiness checks — territory, lead criteria, service area, calendar, phone routing, delivery test, capacity, replacement policy, reporting access — have to clear before their consumer campaign can launch.

  • Prepaid balance funded
  • Territory and ZIP coverage confirmed
  • Accepted and excluded services defined
  • Daily, weekly and monthly caps set
  • Lead delivery and phone routing tested end to end

06

Generate and deliver consumer leads

Now System 3 unlocks. Consumer campaigns publish paused, you activate them, and leads route through duplicate, territory, service, capacity and balance checks before delivery. Each delivered lead deducts once from the prepaid balance and writes an audited ledger entry.

  • Consumer campaign with its own creative, form and pipeline
  • Routing engine with hold and reroute rules
  • Single-charge ledger with idempotency keys
  • Disputes, replacements, reporting and reorders
  • CRM outcomes posted back to Meta via Conversions API
