How it works
Six phases. The order is enforced by the software, not by advice — you cannot skip ahead to the part that feels most productive.
01
You complete the application, we talk, and if the niche and territory are available and the fit is real, you sign the operator agreement and pay. If any of those are not true, we tell you.
02
We create your tenant, provision your GoHighLevel subaccount, install the core operator snapshot plus the two niche packages, and walk you through connecting Meta, your phone number, your email sending and A2P registration.
03
Twenty-four readiness gates stand between you and a live campaign. The platform will not let you launch while any required information, permission, verification, consent or test is incomplete. This is deliberate — most failures in this model are launch-too-early failures.
04
Run System 2. The AI builds the business-owner campaign, you approve it, and it publishes to Meta paused. Business prospects come in, the receptionist qualifies them, appointments book, and you have discovery calls using the scripts and objection responses for your niche.
05
Signed and paid is not ready. Eleven readiness checks — territory, lead criteria, service area, calendar, phone routing, delivery test, capacity, replacement policy, reporting access — have to clear before their consumer campaign can launch.
06
Now System 3 unlocks. Consumer campaigns publish paused, you activate them, and leads route through duplicate, territory, service, capacity and balance checks before delivery. Each delivered lead deducts once from the prepaid balance and writes an audited ledger entry.
