Privacy Policy

Last updated August 20, 2026

This policy explains what Threepath Lead Systems, LLC collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

When you submit an application or a contact form we collect your name, email address, telephone number and the answers you give — business experience, available capital, preferred niche and territory, and timeline. We also record the page you submitted from, the UTM parameters on that URL, the version of the form and disclosure you saw, and a timestamped record of the consent you gave.

When you use the platform we store the records you create: campaigns, contacts, leads, customers, balances and audit entries, scoped to your tenant.

Why we collect it

To respond to your application, to operate the platform for you, to meet our record-keeping obligations around consent and communications, and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Consent and communications

If you opt in, we contact you by telephone, SMS and email. Each consent is recorded separately with a timestamp, the source URL and the form version. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Opt-outs are processed against a suppression list that applies across the platform.

Service providers

We use third-party services to operate: Meta for advertising and lead delivery, GoHighLevel for CRM and communications, Stripe for payments, and AI providers for content generation. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, request deletion, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. Deletion requests are honored except where we are required to retain records — consent logs and financial records among them.

Retention

Applicant records are retained while the relationship is active and for a defined period afterward. Consent records, ledger entries and audit logs are retained longer because they exist to prove what happened.
