Using this site means you accept these terms. The separate operator agreement governs the business opportunity itself, and where the two differ, the operator agreement controls.

Marketing and an application form for a business opportunity offered by Threepath Lead Systems, LLC. Submitting an application does not create an agreement, reserve a territory, or obligate either of us to anything.

Nothing here is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Several niches in the library are regulated industries. If you operate in one, you are responsible for your own compliance with the rules that apply to it.

The Threepath brand, software, prompts, workflows, snapshots, training materials and documentation are owned by Threepath Lead Systems, LLC. Operators receive a license to use them under the operator agreement — not ownership, and not the right to resell or sublicense them.

Do not attempt to access another tenant’s data, probe the platform for vulnerabilities without written authorization, or use the platform to send communications to people who have not consented to receive them.

The platform integrates with Meta, GoHighLevel, Stripe and AI providers. Their policies apply to your use of them, and their decisions — ad rejections, account restrictions, moderation outcomes — are theirs, not ours.

To the extent permitted by law, Threepath Lead Systems, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
